I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

A (abbreviation for American) + B (abbreviation for bishop) + KHAZI (can = slang for toilet) + starting letter of A [ddress]. Not the US state of Georgia, but the former Soviet republic. Abkhazia was an autonomous region before the break-up of the Soviet Union, and is or isn’t now part of Georgia depending on who you ask.
