Article in Libération covering Northern French city (4)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Times for the Times have:

Libération is a French journal so the definite article in front of a plural would be LES. Insert N[orth]. Appropriately Lens is indeed in Northern France, unless it’s in Belgium. Or Switzerland.
