I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

AL O HA (Hawaiian greeting) with the O changed by one place in the alphabet (slight shift) to P to form AL P HA – there are not many words in English with four consectutive vowels, but Hawaiian is one of them.
