Big booby's little bird (5,3)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

GREAT (big) + TIT (booby = foolish person). British garden bird: “great” because it’s slightly bigger than the blue tit and similar species, but still quite small. Not likely to be confused with the booby, which is a seabird and much larger.
