Bill's name instead of Rex turning up (6)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

ADVE [r] T (short for advertisement = bill, as in handbill) with N (abbreviation for name) instead of R (abbreviation for Rex = Latin title for a king). Advent = arrival = turning up.
