Capital put on entertaining round dance (8)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Times for the Times have:

I took an age to get this – a dance I’d never heard of – and had to check it. I was thinking “capital” was going to be the definition. RIGA is the capital, DON has O inserted.
