Delight about river becoming stream (7)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

TICKLE (amuse = delight) around R (abbreviation for river). “Stream” to me suggests more and faster-flowing water than “trickle”, but I suppose they’re both small in comparison to a river.
