Departure times going quickly (9)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

DEPARTURE (sailing = a ship leaving port, as in “When is the next sailing to Calais?”) + BY (times, as in 3 by 2 = 3 times 2). As in “the time is just sailing by” = passing more quickly than you might want or expect.
