I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

DESC [e] NT (fall), with A (abbreviation for about) instead of E which is the first letter of E[mbrace]. Descant = counterpoint = a second musical theme sung or played at the same time as a repetition of the original melody.
