Feature of Stonehenge print involving stone covered in star signs regularly missed (9)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Times for the Times have:

LITHO (lithograph, print involving stone) contained by (covered in) alternate letters from (regularly missed) sTaR sIgNs. Two uprights and a cross-member, which I was able (eventually) to piece together.
