I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

GOB (the dictionaries tell me this is slang for a sailor in the US Navy), reversed (coming over = upside down in a down clue). Head = a toilet on board a ship; bog = slang for toilet.
