I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

[l] AS [t] [g] IF [t] with all the outer letters removed (totally unwrapped). A disdainful expression, indicating that what’s just been suggested is impossible; used in much the same way as “pigs might fly”.
