Krautrock band ultimately can leave Spandau (3)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

N E U (last or ‘ultimate’ letters in can leave Spandau) – we had never heard of this German band apparently formed in 1971, disbanded in 1975 and reformed in the 80s. No connection with Prince though – as far as we can determine.
