I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

IS reversed (on reflection) + DEW (drops of water) + HEEL (hind part). Adjective describing a paddle steamboat driven by a pair of wheels, one on each side (rather than by a single wheel at the stern).
