I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

THINK (ponder) reversed (about), containing (receiving) G (good), then ED (short for education). Someone who is knighted is made a knight (allowed to use the title “sir”) = colloquially, made a “sir”.
