I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

N (abbreviation for new) + E (prefix e- = abbreviation for electronic) + RV (abbreviation for recreational vehicle = motorhome = campervan) + IN + E (abbreviation for España = Spain). A patent medicine from the 1880s, supposedly a cure for anxiety; or more recently an alternative-medicine term to describe other treatments for the same purpose.
