I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

N (new) + IVOR (a man’s name) in ‘OME (home, spoken in an East End accent which tends to drop initial H sounds). Definition by example: a badger eats a mixed diet of plants, small animals, birds’ eggs and various bugs.
