I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:
Anagram (product of explosive . . .) of SHEL [l] PAR [t] N [o], with the end letters of all three words missing. I think this is intended as a clue-as-definition, but I can’t see what “no ends missing” contributes to the definition.
