I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

ABLY (skilfully), containing (packaging) LUTE (a musical instrument) after SO (abbreviation for special order, according to the dictionaries). Quite = absolutely = an expression of strong agreement.
