Racketeer pilots a new car in reverse (4,5)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

RAF(=pilots, although this is questionable since the RAF has ground crew, engineers etc as well) + a n{ew} + Lada<(=make of car). The definition is a somewhat whimsical reference to Nadal using a racket while playing tennis.
