I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:
EDIT (as a noun = a correction to printed text) reversed (recalled), around L (abbreviation for line). The symbol ~, used as a diacritical mark (added to a letter) in various languages: for example ñ in Spanish, or ã and õ in Portuguese.
