I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

GEL (something that sets = setter), reversed (gyrating = spinning round), then BUTT (the end of a cigarette). I’m not convinced by the definition: “legend” usually implies approval as well as fame, but “notorious” suggests disapproval.
