I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Times for the Times have:

all reversed, VID[eo], VOL[ume}, P. I passed through Plovdiv once in 1969, in a Morris Minor convertible; it wasn’t much of a city, then, and oddly enough the excellent Bulgarian barman in our local pub comes from Plovdiv. He speaks highly of it.
