I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

A charade of AZ inserted into CRY, followed by FLOG reversed. The insertion indicator is ‘about’. ‘Switch’ for FLOG is a usage I wasn’t familiar with, but it’s in all the dictionaries.
