I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

S (abbreviation for son), then HA [r] RY (hector, as a verb = harass) without the middle letter (heart), reversed (. . . turns). A French grape used in wine-making, or the red (short for red wine) made from it.
