Sweet, intoxicating drink? Try fizzy cola first (7)

I haven't cracked this one yet — but the brilliant team at Fifteensquared have:

POP (as in “have a pop at it” = try, as a noun = an attempt), with an anagram (fizzy) of COLA first. A mixed alcoholic drink with fruit juice, sugar, flavourings and/or colourings: it looks like “fizzy pop” but may well be stronger than beer.
