πŸ”€ Anagram

Letters of one or more words are rearranged to form the answer. Look for an indicator like "broken", "mixed", or "scrambled" near the fodder words.

Here's Cordelia's trick for anagrams: count the letters. The answer length is in the brackets β€” so look for a word or combination of words in the clue that has exactly that many letters. That's your fodder. Then look for an indicator word nearby β€” something like "broken", "mixed", "wild", or "out" that signals rearrangement. Once you've found the fodder, don't try to rearrange the letters in your head β€” use the anagram solver. Open Solver tools (top right), click the Anagram tab, then click the fodder words in the clue. The letters appear as chips. Hit Solve and you'll get only real words back β€” no nonsense.

Look through these examples β€” you'll start spotting the pattern after just a few. When you're ready, try the practice mode. β€” Cordelia
